This company is US Loan Auditors in Sacramento Calif. Thery say they do the checking of loan documents to see if you have victim of predatory lending. They have looked at two of my rental home papers and of course say I am a victim. They request a $ 3500.00 down payment and$ 1250 each month while it goes to court. There are no guarantees, no timeline on which to stop making the monthly payments plus they will not give out satisfied customers stories. Stay away? My inclination is- too good to be true

Have you heard about them, or just don't like the concept?

Any service like that who requires an ''upfront fee'' is bound to be BS. Once they've got your money what is their motivation to follow through?

Google ''forensic audit scam'' or ''loan modification scam'' and have fun reading the stories.

My sentiments exactly, but I really was hoping against hope that it would be what they say. I need help but am not desperate enough to throw away funds. Thank you for the info, I appreciate the validation of what I suspected.
