Hi movalhi!

Welcome to forums!

After you filed for a deed in lieu of foreclosure, you won't be able to rent out the property. You must have transferred the property to your lender as you applied for a deed in lieu of foreclosure. In that case, you'll have to take the permission of the lender. The lender may ask you to cancel the deed in lieu filing.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
