I have just been notified by Wells Fargo of a sale date for my home in CA. Can I still do a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure?

Hi Guest!

Welcome to forums!

You should contact your lender and apply for a deed in lieu of foreclosure. It will be better if you could have applied for it earlier. Nevertheless, you should contact your lender immediately and apply for it.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
