I inherited a small piece of land in Northern California. The property is clear and the taxes are paid. I would like to donated it to a charity. Do you know a charity that might be interested? Can I give it away and if so, how?

Hi yarm!

Welcome to forums!

I do not know of a charity who can be interested in this donation. However, you can contact the local church and check out if they are interested in taking the property as a donation from you.
