Welcome Melissajustin,

After the foreclosure sale gets over, the lender will send you an eviction notice. The time period to leave the property will be mentioned in your eviction notice.

After a foreclosure sale, you will receive an eviction notice from the lender. You should read the eviction notice carefully as it will mention the date within which you'll have to leave the property.

Hi edward!

Welcome to forums!

You can ask the renter to leave the property. Or you may ask him to make payments to the lender and stay in the property till his lease period gets over. However, he will have to take the permission from your lender regarding the same.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Welcome john,

Once the house is sold off at an auction, you'll receive an eviction notice in order to move out of the property. The time period to leave the property will be mentioned in that notice, You'll have to leave the property within that time period.

Hi rick,

The eviction notice will mention the time period within which you'll have to leave the property. You should check out the eviction notice in order to know the time period.

Thanks

I was just served a Demand for Possession and was told to turn over the property immediately. If I wait for eviction papers before moving out will that buy me more time? when will I get the option for cash for keys? I live in Colorado. Thanks
