My husbands credit and income is fine, he qualifies for fha but the lenders are stating that I am the problem, if anyone out there is a lender, please reply with your contact info so we can set up something, thank you so much! I don't understand how the fact that you owned the 3 houses disqualifies him for an FHA loan? It looks like you meant to say that you don't qualify for FHA loan, right? But why do you not qualify? Were all three houses you owned foreclosed? What are your current credit scores? What are the negative items you have on your credit? |

Hi Joanne T,
Welcome to our forum.
There is no any reason to disqualify for FHA (Federal Housing Administration)
while he having ownership of 3 houses. If your husband having sufficient credit score, Required annual income then lender can't disqualify you for FAH.
Waiting for Experts reply.
Thanks & Regards,
