Has any one found a FHA Title 1 Lender in California? USC has a credit Union that does them but you need to be a member.

Welcome mgr,

You can check out the given link in order to get a list of lenders approved by FHA:
http://www.ezrc.hud.gov/ll/code/llslcrit.cfm

You need to fill out the required details in that page and get to know about the lenders who can offer FHA title 1 loans.
