Can she file a lien against my house to secure my promise to finance her education without any judgment? What type of lien it would be?

In order to place a lien, your daughter will have to file a lawsuit in the court. The court will investigate the whole issue and then pass the judgment. If your promise is in writing, then there's a chance that she may be able to place a lien on the property.
