if i foreclose on a house in california, does the mortgage holder have rights to go after other personal assets, like stock or personal vehicles? Who do i contact for such matters?

Hi Guest,

The lender will not go after your personal assets after a foreclosure. However, he can garnish your wages or savings account or can even place a lien on your other properties, if any.
