I own two homes, my primary residence is located in California and my second home is located in las Vegas NV. If I foreclose on my primary residence in California can the lender come after my home in Las Vegas?

Hi Guest,

The lender may come after your second home in Las Vegas. However, in order to do so, the lender will have to file a lawsuit against you in the court of Las Vegas and get a judgment.
