I have a Bankruptcy Ch 7 Discharged 1 1/2 years ago.Fico Score is 670,90K anual salary,low debt ratio,house price 175K in Napa California.I'm looking for a house purchase loan ASAP.

In order to qualify for a conventional loan after Chapter 7 discharge, you'll have to wait for 4 years. If you want a FHA loan, then you'll have to wait for 2 years. You can even check out the credit repair tool for further information in this regard:
