Guest	Posted: Fri Sep 19, 2008 8:59 pm    Post subject: buying in Pioneer ca. Like 0 Dislike 0 I am living and working in San Jose, Ca. I make 95k a year.. credit score of about 650. Monthly debt without rent is about $650.00. I have a perfect renting record for the last 6 years. How hard would it be to get a loan for $230,000.00 for a small house on 5 acres in Pioneer ?.. Any type loan ?.. or.. Maybe an FHA ...no money down RURAL ..type loan ? I want to move my family there, keep working here for a bit comuting and staying with family..and then find work closer to home eventually. Who do I contact first to get the best loan? Thx all Sean

It will be better if you could contact a mortgage broker who will help you in getting all the details regarding loans. He/she will even tell you which kind of loan will be best suited for you.
