how long do I have to move out after my house is auction, in Orange County, Califronia. Does it depends on the bank that holds the mortgage or do they all work the same

Hi angel

Once the property is sold in the foreclosure sale, the lender along with the new buyer will give you a three day notice period. You will have to leave the property within this 3 day notice period.
