I live in a house where the owner die 30 years ago he left no heir to this house. I been paying taxes for 6 years on the property in california what do I have to do to get this house in my name?

Welcome saguilar,

You should contact a real estate attorney and check out if you can claim adverse possession of the property. This will help you in getting the property transferred in your name.
