i thought u give interspousal transfer grant deed during the finacing of home u are still in california u are still 50/50 on home

Once you sign the inter-spousal transfer deed, you transfer your share of the property to the other spouse. Thus, you lose your ownership to the property. You won't be able to claim any rights to the property though you live in a community property state.
