Me and my husband are buying a house in CA. I am still on a conditional resident in the USA and so I don't have a credit score yet and I'm not yet working so is the only one involved in the morgage but is it possible that both our names would be included in the title of ownership? He was letting me sign an intraspousal deed but when I saw that it will be giving away my right to him and he be the sole owner and that would be his separate property, I didn't signed. What should I tell him so that he will think that I know all of this and that I am sure my name can be in the title coz he is always saying my name can't be in the title coz I am not a US citizen yet. Hope you can help me.

Welcome ritzcjs,

As far as I know, your name may be added to the property deed. However, I would suggest you to contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter. He will be the best to help you in this matter. He will let you know whether or not your name can be included in the property deed.
