Can a title company in CA still file joint tenancy papers? And where do I get the papers?

A Like 0 Dislike 0 I would like to put my partner on my house as joint tenant but I was told that title companies can't do it any longer in CA.

I haven't heard of any such law that in CA you won't be able to add a person to the property deed as a joint tenant. You need to contact the local real estate attorney in this regard and take his opinion in this matter.
