You haven't mentioned what your credit score is like. If you have a score of 620, you will be able to qualify for a FHA loan whereas if you have a score of 700-720, you can apply for a conventional loan. Apart from this, the lender will also check out your financial situation in order to give you a mortgage. A large number of lenders take part in this community.
