Hi,
I have a pending lawsuit against my lender (WF) and other parties involved. I am doing it as PRO SE but I feel like quitting now becaus I get too intimidated in front of the court and other attorneys. Can I request a for a non-oral arguement ? If there is such a thing, do I need to get the Judge's approval? Please advise. Thanks, Angie

Hi sfhavail,

I don't think there is anything called non-oral argument. Nevertheless, you should have a word with your lawyer and he may be able to let you know whether or not such a thing exists.

Thanks
