My husband owned this house before we married. My name was never on the title but I had to sign off my legal interest for him to refinance some years back. We are now going to be starting divorce proceedings. Do I have any legal rights to the home?

Hi B White!

Welcome to forums!

I guess, you had signed an interspousal deed and transferred your interest in the property to your husband. In that case, you won't have any legal rights to the property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
