My parents have recorded the house I live in in their Revocable living Trust. They are worried that there may be additional paperwork or steps that need to be taken to avoid probate in the state of Washington, since they live in California. Anyone out there know how I can find out?

Use a quitclaim deed to transfer the property into the trust. The record it at the county where the house is and the county where your parents live.
Might want to check with Washington St trust laws.

All a living trust does is "pre-probate" or in other words changes title to the trust before someone dies thus avoiding probate.
Another quick and effective method is TOD's and POD's Google them.
