Hi Guest
The borrower can contact any of the insurance companies offering private mortgage insurance in California. As far as I know, PMI will be available to the borrower.

and he's a spammer, by the way.
customers are not likely to get very far with a mortgage company. you'd have to discuss your options with a lender, guest. the location of the property will have an impact, as mi companies are far more conservative than they were yesterday. yes, i mean that - things have gotten that tight, that we are not surprised by momentary changes in policies.
