Loan on 1972 Mobile Home?

Like 0 Dislike 0 I want to find financing for a 1972 mobil home that is on a permanent foundation and the purchase would be for the "home" and the land. It is located in California. I have good credit and am a veteran looking for a short term fixed rate loan. Is there any hope?

Lenders do not agree to offer loans on property which are build before 1976. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
