How do we acquire a mobile home loan on a paid mobile home located in a mobile home park. There is no foundation.
We were told we were not able to get a reverse mortgage-is this true. We are located in Ventura, California and mobile is worth approx. $200,000.00. We need extra income for living and paying bills. Thank you! Mary Duncan |

this is true but you might be able to go to wells fargo or your own bank

Hi mdeebears,
Did the lender give you any reason as to why you won't be qualifying for a reverse mortgage? As there is no foundation, it would be difficult for you to get a loan. You can check out if you can get a personal property loan. You can get such loans from retailers who sell mobile homes.
