i went to NACA process in SF, CA 10/09. i haven't pay my morgage since 8/09. bank of america. on web, said, it is still waiting answer from my lender. got letter from BOA for foreclosure process initiate in 12/10/09. Called the lender, they said to call NACA. waiting now. any suggestion?

File chapter 13 bankruptcy if you want to stay in house. The "automatic stay" process will be initiated upon your filing, preventing/stalling foreclosure.
