If you have good credit scores and income, you can qualify for a new loan. What is your credit scores? What is your debt to income ratio? Do you have any negative items on your credit report? You may go for a no obligation free mortgage quote with the community lenders, who will assess your financial situation and your credit. If you meet the required eligibility criteria for a loan, they will offer you free mortgage quotes. If you think they are offering a good deal, you can accept it. Else, you can contact any of your local lenders and borrow the money from them.
