You will have to contact the local lenders in CA and check out if they can help you in getting portfolio loans. They will be able to help you in a better manner in this regard. This community also has a large number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them and get to know whether or not you can qualify for a portfolio loan.
