Like 0 Dislike 0 I am purchasing a house in Californina and my husband isn't capable to sign any doc. the lender require a interspousal deed. The down payment is myown fund, Who will prepare the interspousal deed and do I need one?

You can take the help of an attorney to prepare the deed. Once your husband signs the deed, he will not have any ownership to your property.
