JUST WONDERING IF A PROPERTY MGMT COMPANY IN CALIFORNIA IN RIVERSIDE COUNTY, DO THEY NEED A PERMIT OR A LICENSE OR ANYTHING?

ALSO I WAS WONDERING CAN YOU BE EVICTED IF THE HOUSE IS ALREADY IN FOR CLOSER?

Hi notes4freecash,

As far as my knowledge is concerned, in order to be a legal, property management companies need to have license. This is same in case of all the states.

As far as eviction is concerned, the lender will give you a notice period of 3 days in order to leave the property after the foreclosure sale. You will have to leave the property within that time period.
