I'm hoping to file a CA Quitclaim Deed form however I'm having a difficult time locating a typewriter to fill in the blanks on the form I purchased. May I fill it out in ink?

Hi Star,

You will be able to use black ink in order to fill out the quit claim deed form. While filling out the deed, you can contact a real estate attorney. He will help you in filling out the deed form in a correct way.

Thanks
