A quit claim deed to 1/3 of a condominium property was signed and notarized. The deed was not recorded. Is there a California Statute of Limitations to record the quit claim to be valid?

if it is signed and notarized then it is valid. when you notarize it it has a legal standing.

i am surprised to know that it is not recorded.nonetheless it will be resolved if you show them the notarized documents. Wink
