quit claim deed staute of limitations

Posted on: 03rd Mar, 2009 07:10 pm
a quit claim deed to 1/3 of a condominium property was signed and notarized. the deed was not recorded. is there a california statute of limitations to record the quit claim to be valid?
"was signed and notarized. "
if it is signed and notarized then it is valid. when you notarize it it has a legal standing.

i am surprised to know that it is not recorded.nonetheless it will be resolved if you show them the notarized documents.
