Mother/Daughter Joint ownership. Mother wishes to remove herself from title. We live in Los Angeles, California.

Hi distuff,

The mother will have to sign a quit claim deed in order to transfer the property to her daughter. She can contact an attorney who will draft the quit claim deed for her.
