I live in CA and have signed quit claim deed with the house we bought recently to my husband as the sole owner. Does that mean I have no spousal right to the property?

Hi Guest,

As your name is not mentioned on the property deed, you won't have any rights to that property. Your husband is the sole owner of the property. If you want to reverse the deed, then you'll have to ask your husband to sign a quit claim deed and add your name to the property title.

Thanks
