I have a timeshare in California, it is paid off but dues are owed. I have someone who wants it can I quit claim deed it to them?

Hi karlen!

Welcome to forums!

You can use a quit claim deed in order to transfer the property to someone else. However, as you owe dues on it, you will have to clear it off and then transfer the property. If you do not do so, the new owner will become responsible for paying it off.
