hi does anyone know where i can get a quitclaim deed for the state of california? is there another website i should look on?

A quitclaim deed form can be obtained online. However, the verbiage used in the deed does vary depending on varying situation and an individual's need. Thus I would recommend you to consult an attorney, explain him/her your situation as to what exactly you want to do by quitclaiming so that he/she can help you prepare the right deed form.
