Welcoem to the forum

If you quit claimed the property then you do nto ahve any legal rights on the property. But your daughter can add them to the deed, you will probably need some legal help to prepare the documents

Check this forum and you migh find answers for how to add a person to the deed.

Good luck and feel free to ask

Hi fkenlay,

You will have to use a quitclaim deed in order to add names to the property deed. If you are transferring the property as a gift to those two girls, then you'll have to pay gift taxes. Apart from this, you will have to pay stamp doc fees and transfer fees when you record the deed.
