But your daughter can add them to the deed, you will probably need some legal help to prepare the documents Check this forum and you migh find answers for how to add a person to the deed. If you are transferring the property as a gift to those two girls, then you'll have to pay gift taxes. Apart from this, you will have to pay stamp doc fees and transfer fees when you record the deed. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
