approximately 6 years ago I quitclaimed my husbands property to him . Now he wants to make it a community prop by adding my name to the deed. What's the best form to use in California, and is there a website that allows you to print out the form (preferably free forms)

Hi Guest!

Your husband can use a quitclaim deed form to add your name to the property. No other forms are required for this purpose. Get a sample of California quitclaim deed form here.

Thanks
