I have a credit score in excess of 750. I would like to refinance my $75,000.00 loan. The value of my home is about $500,000. Square feet is about 1069

Did you appraise your property to find out whether or not it has equity? Getting a refinance will depend upon the equity that you have on your property. Apart from this, the lender will look for your income and credit score before approving a refinance.
