I am writing this in regard to my mother in Santa Ana,
California. She is on fixed income and her mortage payments are increasing soon. She is 80 years old and is afraid of losing her house. Can anyone help her out as to what are her options. My name is Armando Duran. I live in Colorado and its difficult for me to go to California to help her out. Last January I visited her and tried to contact you by applying thru a computer at the library. We couldn't compltete the aplication as we ran out time and had to let others use the computer. We did manage to get an ID number which is 921552. I would like to complete her aplication but I don't know where to search for it. She is in dire need and I am not able to help her as my credit rating is bad.

How much does she owe on her mortgage and what's the current value of her home? Is she currently behind on her mortgage?

I looked at the comparables and your Mother's house is worth approximately $269k. I looked for her phone number and it's unlisted.
