Hi maliburon,

Refinancing with stated income loans will be difficult for you in the present market situation. Most lenders do not offer stated income loans. However, I would suggest you to speak to your present lender and check out if he can offer a refinance.

You can also speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them. This will help you know whether you would get a loan or not. You'll also come to know what type of rates and terms you would receive.
