What form do I use to remove my spouse from title?

I purchased a home in California and then a couple of months later I added my spouse using an interspousal deed. Now I want to remove her from title. Which form do I use?

You'll have to ask your spouse to sign an inter-spousal transfer deed in your favor. This will help you in removing your spouse's name from the property.
