Can I reverse a quitclaim deed without an lawyer? I transfered my property from my name to my family trust name. But I never put the family trust in place. Patricia from Oakland California

Welcome pmcelroy,

I would suggest you to contact a lawyer and take his opinion in this regard. If the family trust is not in place, then may be you do not have to file any other deed. The property may not be considered as a part of the trust.
