I was a stay at home mom, so I havent worked in 3 years. I am starting nursing school in Sept. Do I need to be employed to qualify for sec8??

You have to be continuously employed on a full-time basis for at least 1 year before you start getting the homeownership assistance. So in your case, it would be difficult for you to qualify for section 8. Thanks
