Anyone know who will write a stated income loan? Our credit is excellent - over 800 We live in CA

Most lenders have stopped giving stated income loans after the real estate crisis. Nevertheless, you should speak to the local lenders and check out if they can help you in this regard. This community has a large number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them to check out whether or not you can get a mortgage. Thanks
