Like 0 Dislike 0 There are two persons to own the property in California. One of the person is living in Asia and is not US citizen. This foreign co-owner want to release the title to current owner which is US citizen. How to have foreigner who is living oversea to sign the Quit Claim Deed ?

I would suggest the current owner of the property to have a word with his or her attorney and take his opinion in this matter. He will be the best person to help the current owner in this matter. Thanks
