FICOs above 720. Borrower just went through 1031 Exch, so no rental history though current net cash flow from rentals around $10k/mo + $10k on W-2 (verifiable - long history). Alternative would be a $900k+- HELOC (Current first around $305k).

Your credit score seems good to qualify for Super Jumbo mortgage. There are thousands of lenders in this community.
