I thing Pacific Bank does them up to 80% but they have to have C L E A N credit and some assets.

Most of the lenders do not offer stated income loans these days. However, as you have 2 years of employment history, you can contact lenders and check out if they can help you. If you want, you can speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free consultation. This will let you know whether you would get a loan or not. You would also come to know what kind of rates you can receive if you get a loan.
