I am self employed and really would like to do stated income loan do they still exist in California?

You're going to be limited to about a 70% Loan To Value Ratio. Typically the lender would like a 700+ Credit Score and atleast 35% of you annual income in the form of liquid assets. I hope this helps...

I work with a lender in California who still provides states income loans but it will all depend on the county.
