Our father was a resident of California when he passed away without a will. He bought a second house as an investment in Las Vegas and had my stepmother sign a quit claim/grant deed. Is she entitled to any part of the house? I have 3 other siblings.

You should consult with an attorney. Laws vary widely from state to state on how property is divided when someone dies without a will. You need to get advice from someone familiar with your specific circumstances and location.
